Technological development makes us correct a little given definition, so nowadays it is the following: newsletter is a printed or digital periodical bulletin circulated via different ways of correspondence to members of certain groups. The majority of Internet users are familiar with the notion of newsletters since it has become very popular to subscribe for news from different companies and organizations. Newsletters are considered to be useful for both parties – the sender uses the opportunity to inform about something new happening within its structure, and the recipient gets the possibility to use the information he gets for his own profit. Why do all companies use this type of publication to reach their customers and clients? The popularity of newsletters in recent years can be explained by the development of Internet and virtual technologies that allow reaching greater masses of potential buyers and investors.
